Simon graduated from The University of Birmingham Medical & Dental School in 1999. Initially he worked in specialist practice in central London until 2007 when he became the Clinical Director of Hertfordshire Dental Group.

Simon is dedicated to providing an outstanding level of dental care for his patients and has worked hard to put together a team who share his beliefs. He is passionate about his patients smiles, and enjoys being able to carry out extensive surgical and restorative procedures to transform patients smiles with the use of dental implants, bridges, crowns, and veneers.

Simon’s time is now completely dedicated to the treatment of patients requiring dental implant therapy, these treatments range from simple single tooth implants to far more complex treatments involving full mouth rehabilitation, sinus surgery, bone grafting and immediate placement of full arch teeth in a day. Simon is committed to his ongoing professional development; he is a full member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI). He completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Implantology at the world-renowned Eastman Dental Institute and has since been awarded a diploma in Advanced Dental Implantology from the Royal College of surgeons of England and a certificate in Advanced Full Arch Implantology from the University of Salford.

Dr Adraktas, originally from Greece, qualified from Glasgow Dental School and Hospital, where he completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Since then he has pursued his strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics with continuous postgraduate education.

He is a certified Invisalign provider since 2015 and completed his Cosmetic and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry postgraduate certification back in 2016 with Advanced Dental Seminars in London.

Following his passion for clear aligner orthodontics and after successfully completing numerous cases he decided to further his special interest in Invisalign with a 2 year Postgraduate Diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy.

Jon graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry with a First Class Honours, and ever since has strived to achieve the best that he can for his patients.

In 2020, Jon achieved a distinction in a four year par- time Masters in Restorative Dental Practice at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in Kings Cross. This has given him the skill set to carry out smile designs and makeovers to a superior and bespoke level through the use of cosmetic crowns, veneers and composite bonding. Along this journey, he achieved the First Place Prize amongst his peers.

His passion and skillset within dentistry can be reflected by the fact that he now teaches and lectures restorative dentistry and smile design to dentists on postgraduate courses.

John graduated from the University of Birmingham Dental School in 1998. He has worked as an associate dentist in Hertfordshire and London, during which time he has enjoyed gaining extensive experience in all aspects of general dentistry. After three years of study, in 2011 he was awarded a Masters Degree in Dental Implantlogy from the University of Warwick.

After graduation he was one of a select group to be invited back as an Honorary Associate Clinical Teacher for the Diploma section of the Masters course and also a mentor for students completing the Masters section of their degree.

Rebecca graduated from Manchester Dental School where her passion for dentistry began.

She has since completed a number of postgraduate courses, honing her skills in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

In 2019 she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry with The Tipton Training Academy. Techniques developed on this course allow her to design your smile in a personalised fashion, utilising facially driven treatment planning to create beautifully natural results.

Rebecca has a keen interest in orthodontics, especially Invisalign. She is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics, allowing her to treat more complex cases. Rebecca often uses her ortho skills along side whitening, composite bonding and ceramic veneers to complete smile makeovers.

Fabrizio graduated from the University of Messina (Italy) in 1996. Following a period in General Practice, in 1998 he developed an interest in endodontics which led him to actively pursue further training. He also completed a Certificate in Implantology, and a Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice at Eastman Dental Institute.

Fabrizio is committed to providing the highest level of dental care and enjoys treating patients in a kind, gentle and reassuring manner.

Fabrizio has had a special interest in endodontics since 1998 which culminated in a Master’s in Clinical Endodontics from the University of Bologna in 2011. He has been accepting endodontic referrals since 2000 and he is willing to help his patients’ requirements from the simple straight-forward root canal treatment to the more complex cases. He has spent many years in private practices in Italy and the UK focusing primarily in endodontics.

Mohuya qualified from the University of Birmingham 2009. She is experienced in all aspects of restorative dentistry, with a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry including veneers and composite bonding. She is also an experienced provider in straightening teeth using Invisalign

In 2020, Mohuya completed a Masters in Restorative Dental Practice at the Eastman Dental Institute and was awarded a distinction. This is in addition to completing an advanced restorative dental course taught by the highly regarded Dr Paul Tipton.

Mohuya takes pride in her ability to create bespoke smiles to the highest of standards whilst making people feel relaxed and at ease.

Outside of work Mohuya enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. She is a mother of a very energetic little boy and finds her daily practice of yoga and meditation certainly helps.

Dr Raj Sharma graduated from Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Dental School, London in 2003, with Honours.

Raj has a special ability to put his patients at ease with his warm, friendly and professional manner. He has received numerous letters of gratitude and testimonials and his popularity is evident by his rapidly growing patient base created through personal recommendations. His gentle and kind manners are cited as his winning traits by patients and colleagues alike, along with his expertise of being a seasoned experienced practitioner.

Having completed an Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry Masterclass with Aspire Dental and an Occlusion Masterclass, he has developed and honed his skills in smile design, aesthetic dentistry and facial cosmetics to help provide patients with high quality treatments to enable them to feel confident about their smile, appearance and wellbeing.

Raj completed his Invisalign training in 2011 and has built up a wealth of experience since then. He combines aligning teeth with composite bonding and whitening where appropriate, to achieve amazing minimally invasive results. Having successfully completed his Botox and Dermal fillers course, he provides non-surgical treatments to the skin.

Raj enjoys keeping fit, taking part in physical assault courses, playing golf, spending time with his family and, (unfortunately) supporting Manchester United!

Caroline joined the Hertfordshire Dental Group team in 2007. Since joining the team, she has been instrumental in achieving numerous prestigious accreditations for the practice, including the British Dental Association Good Practice Award and Denplan Excel Accreditation.

Caroline has been working in dentistry for over 30 years, starting out as a dental nurse. After qualifying, she moved to a central London practice, where she worked for many years supporting dentists carrying out complex dental procedures.

As a very personable and organised individual, it was a natural progression for Caroline to move into Practice management. Since taking over at the practice she has implemented the changes necessary to make Hertfordshire Dental Group the most respected practice in the local area. In 2022 Caroline made the move from Practice Manager to Business Manager and became a director of Hertfordshire Dental Group.

Caroline is dedicated and passionate about dentistry and is constantly looking for ways to improve the levels of care our patients are offered. She has led the team to make many fundamental changes within the practice, all of which reflect in the outstanding reputation of the Hertfordshire Dental Group.

Jade joined Hertfordshire Dental Group in May 2018 and is a caring and well organised team member that strives in good communication and patient care.

Before joining the team Jade worked as a Nanny for 20 years, looking after children in their family homes. As those children matured, Jade took on a PA role for one of those families which enabled her to develop additional skills that she was able to put to good use when she joined Hertfordshire Dental Group.

Jade was new to Dentistry when she joined our reception team, and she had the biggest fear of the dentist which proved to be fundamental in her building good relationships with both patients and staff.

Working front of house in the practice for several years served Jade well in obtaining a full understanding of how patients and clinicians work and in time a development into supporting Caroline behind the scenes has naturally and seamlessly led her into a more senior role as practice manager.

Jade believes in treating others how she would like to be treated and cares immensely about sustaining the most respected reputation of the practice that has been built up over the years and this is proven in the commitment and enthusiasm that she has for the practice.
