During your visit one of our team members will take you to a private office area where they can discuss any concerns you have regarding your dental health and anxiety with dental treatment. They can then show you around the practice and, if you would like, schedule you in an appointment to return to the practice for a comprehensive assessment.
I have always been a very nervous patient and have struggled to find a practice that I feel confident and relaxed in - it took me months to even pluck up the courage to book my first appointment! Since joining WDP I have had to have multiple fillings and a root treatment.
At every appointment Simon discussed with me what exactly would be happening and he constantly checked that I was ok. I feel the service that I received was outstanding and I can now happily say that I am no longer afraid of visiting the dentist!!
